Description of Role:
Looking for a Scrum Master to work with three scrum teams, each composed of software engineers, quality assurance test engineers, and product managers.
The Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating the Scrum teams according to Agile process, and accountable for removing impediments to achieve the sprint deliverables.
The Scrum Master also protects teams from over-committing to what they can achieve during a sprint.
Responsibilities:
Help teams self-organize, self-manage, and deliver via effective Agile practices.
Facilitate daily stand ups for three different scrum teams
Take ownership of TFS story boards, ensure teams understand proper updating of their stories and tasks and hold team members accountable
Schedule all scrum ceremonies including stand ups, grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Take notes and organize feedback during retrospectives
Educate the team in Scrum practices. Support and enforce the rules of Scrum process and other rules that the team has agreed upon
Facilitate demos of work in progress or completed work
Publish the teams' agile metrics to management and stakeholders
Initiate and follow through on change requests, deployment sign-offs
Required Skills:
Experience using and configuring Team Foundation Server (TFS) to support business practices is a must
Excellent English language communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) are essential
Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and schedule individual and group work assignments
Education/
Experience:
Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is a plus
Scrum Master certification
Bachelor Degree and 4 years Information Technology experience
Experience in Agile / Scrum development methodologies & tools
Problem solving, analytical and creative thinking
Teamwork and collaboration; interpersonal skills

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
