This role is 100% remote. We have a need for candidates in this role to work varying US time zones - depending on where they live. In person meetings of sales leadership may be required as we work to build and refine our sales strategy. In addition, this role will need to make trips to their region to achieve sales targets and build relationships with agents. Travel up to 50%. Who You Are:

You are eager to transform the real estate industry and to be part of an incredible founding team. What You'll Do:
Reporting to the Vice President, Customer and Agent Sales, you will be responsible for achieving our agent growth goals for your market by building and testing an agent conversion strategy to delight agents and win new business for RealSure. Partner with the Vice President Customer & Agent Sales to determine key market growth areas and agent adoption goals and objectives in each market. Work with Realogy stakeholders, brands, field staff and affiliates to identify agents for which RealSure products would be a great fit. Achieve real estate agent engagement within your territory by actively reaching out to agents. Attend field sales trips, real estate events, trade shows, and industry gatherings. Work proactively to develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents including cold-calling, managing appointments and using video conferencing technology. Understand and respect the business goals of real estate agents and brokers to allow thoughtful introduction to RealSure's products that will benefit their business. Increase agent participation with RealSure and our products. Provide ongoing feedback to management as it pertains to agent response to recruitment pitch and strategy. This role has the potential to expand into a leadership role as growth in agent generated volume is achieved. What You'll Bring:

years experience in business development, sales, or field marketing roles. Experience in real estate, real estate tech, or a high growth company required. Experience in digital first business is preferred. Experience working in a field job is preferred. Exceptional organizational skills, demonstrated experience in effectively managing your pipeline and sales strategies through a CRM and other systems. Experience pivoting sales tactics and using a pilot, test, learn approach to new sales strategies. Demonstrated success in selling while building and fostering cherished relationships with clients. Growth-oriented, customer-centric mindset. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to tolerate ambiguity, work with cross-functional teams through influence, and demonstrate problem-solving leadership. #LI-AG1 #LI-Remote
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Business Development, SalesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
